Roll Roll Roll your dough...
To enhance our learning about Passover and Matzah, we had the opportunity to bake our own Matzah with the Atlanta Matzah bakery. Along with the Bakery came King Pharaoh! We watched a show about the Jewish people leaving Egypt in such a hurry that the dough did not have time to rise and remained flat flat flat. So is this why we eat Matzah every year on Pesach? For how long does Matzah get baked? Here are some snippets of our Matzah talk.
Amitai: I think it is made out of flour! Crunch, crunch...
Adaya: Its like paper.

Laylah: It taste like a sandwich.
Mina: It has black things on them
Kemp: It looks burnt
Cassidy: Its hard and crunchy and taste like wheat.
Ziva: It has lots of holes and bumps.
Mia: It has lots of blacks.
Perly: It taste like sugar.
