Motty replied, " You take apples and cut them up. Then you put them in the oven. After that you need the thing that mushes them up. When you have that put the apples in and turn it."
That is an excellent description although we recommend that you cook the apples on top of the stove.
The class stood around the table taking turns using the food mill. We reviewed the parts of an apple and sang our large repertoire of Chankah songs.
